Since 1976, Oliver’s has been serving up some of the best cocktails in Seattle. Famous for our signature martini, we’ve spent nearly five decades perfecting the art of a well-shaken drink inside the historic Mayflower Park Hotel. Today, Oliver’s is more than just a cocktail lounge, we welcome guests for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch, making it a gathering place from morning to night. As Washington State’s first daylight bar, Oliver’s is celebrated for its floor-to-ceiling windows, timeless charm, and expertly crafted cocktails.
