No two martinis are the same—gin or vodka; wet or dry; shaken or stirred? Join us at Oliver’s as we break down what makes a great martini. Mix and match spirits, vermouths, and every kind of dirty imaginable in pursuit of your perfect ’tini.
As part of Seattle Cocktail Week, Oliver’s Bar at the Mayflower Park Hotel invites you to Martini: The Dirty Secret—an intimate, one-hour workshop where you’ll craft a custom martini from scratch. Guided by our bartenders and an Astrea Gin representative, you’ll explore technique, balance, and flavor before shaking (or stirring) your own creation. Light bar snacks are included, and each guest takes home a souvenir cobbler shaker. A featured food menu will also be available for those who want to linger.
